We have a proven track record of delivering exceptional assessments and fulfilling NHS contracts. /p p strong Role Description - Full and Part-Time Vacancies Available /strong /p p We are delighted to announce the launch of our Adult Services, and we are now actively taking referrals. This is an exciting and valuable role within a busy service, providing essential assessments to adults. This is a hybrid or remote role located in one of our clinics in Harrogate, Huddersfield, Exeter, Norwich or Gosforth for suitably qualified clinicians working within the Evolve Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team for adults referred for Autism. We are looking for clinicians who are occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, learning disability nurses, or mental health nurses. /p p Some aspects of the role may be undertaken remotely. We have multiple positions available both remote and hybrid with some in-person work required for hybrid roles, to attract candidates with varying levels of experience and geographical locations, including senior roles. Hybrid roles must be able to travel to one of our locations, to undertake face-to-face assessments. /p p The role requires conducting comprehensive specialist assessments, including diagnostic assessments of individuals with suspected Autism, using established diagnostic tools. Assessments of mental health conditions may also be required. All assessments are undertaken on behalf of the NHS via GP referral. /p p The clinician is also responsible for writing assessment reports in a timely and professional manner, as well as providing appropriate recommendations and interventions. Additionally, the clinician may be involved in supervising and supporting junior staff members depending on experience. /p p strong Salary: /strong Dependent upon professional qualifications and experience /p p strong Qualifications /strong /p ul li HCPC registered Practitioner Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, NMC registered nurse or GMC registered Medical Practitioner. /li li Experience as a neurodevelopmental practitioner with relevant specialist training /li li Must be eligible to work in the UK /li li Experience conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental/specialist assessments with adults /li li Experience working with adults with neurodevelopmental disorders or mental health difficulties in a clinical setting /li li Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for Autism /li li Understanding of differential diagnosis /li li Ideally ADOS-2/ADI-R trained /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills /li li Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team /li li Experience in report writing and record keeping /li li Additional qualifications in relevant areas of Autism. /li li ADHD assessment experience is desirable. /li /ul p strong Benefits /strong /p ul li Pension /li li Generous annual leave allowance /li li Full ongoing training and clinical supervision /li li Birthday day off /li li Company benefits and discounts /li li Company events /li li Ongoing training and CPD /li li Clinical supervision integral to the role /li /ul
