Job Type: full-time, permanent Shift patterns: 9am - 5pm and 12pm - 8pm (alternate) Summary of This Role: Responsible for research and resolution of customer disputes and charge backs. Requires detailed transaction research, analytical skills, and documentation of actions taken including phone calls from account holders as well as communication via email (Zendesk). Evaluate dispute claims to establish chargeback rights. Applies bank and card industry regulations and practices in resolving disputes. A keen eye to identify patterns and trends is crucial to prevent risk and improve overall customer service. Engage with cardholders to advise on card transaction queries About you: You should have first class communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated, able to operate independently. Demonstrates ownership and accountability for issues with a high attention to detail. An excellent work ethic with a real desire to drive improvement.
