What's on offer? You'll take over part of an existing book worth around £300,000 in income, made up of loyal, specialist commercial clients. All new business in this division comes through a referral network of domestic and global leads, which you'll tap into as you develop and expand the book. The Role As a Commercial Insurance Executive, you'll be responsible for: Managing and expanding a specialist book of business, working closely with established clients to ensure top-tier service and retention. Advising clients on their insurance programs at both new business and renewal stages, structuring and recommending tailored solutions. Handling a range of general commercial lines while also developing expertise in this broker's chosen niche market. Building relationships through client meetings, networking, and high-profile events. Strategically growing the book by taking advantage of an established referral pipeline and your own marketexpertise. What You'll Need Experience in a client-facing commercial broking position. A strong desire to specialise and progress your career within a dynamic, high profile team. Based anywhere in Scotland, with the flexibility to travel to Central Belt offices for training, client meetings, and strategic planning. The Interview Process 1.
