The role We are seeking to recruit an exceptional Assistant Spa Manager with previous experience gained in a similar environment with fitness and beauty facilities. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with Elemis & Temple training and experience being a distinct advantage. As Assistant Spa Manager you will assist the Spa Manager in looking after our spa and leisure guests and help lead and motivate the team to ensure consistency in customer service. As Assistant Spa Manager you will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent personal presentation, a good business acumen and sales awareness. What s in it for you .
