We are looking for multiple Social Work Assistants to join our dedicated Children s Services teams. Location: Cardiff Council Hours: Full-time Rate: Negotiable based on experience Teams: Locality and Pre - birth About the Role: As a Social Work Assistant, you will become a valued member of our well-established and supportive team. With guidance from the Principal Social Worker (PSW) and Team Manager, you will assist in delivering essential services and may be allocated a small caseload depending on the team s needs. What We re Looking For: Passion for working with children and families Relevant experience in social care or a related field Strong communication and teamwork skills Desirable experience Youth Work Speech & Language Occupational Therapy Counselling Experience delivering CBT/DBT skills This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in social care while making a real difference.
