They are committed to delivering exceptional quality in their instantly recognisable homes. Your new role They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on their construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include: Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports. Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and quality control. Foster a positive and productive working environment. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field. Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
