The Role: Oversee site operations on major rail projects, ensuring smooth delivery Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to drive performance Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high safety standards Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships Lead site health & safety compliance, ensuring best practices are followed What You Need: Proven experience as a Site Agent or Sub Agent on rail or civil engineering projects Strong background in subcontractor management Previous projects including piling works Knowledge of Network Rail standards and safety procedures Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, PTS, or equivalent preferred) What s on Offer?
