Overview Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in the world of shopping centres? We are looking for the new Centre Manager for Waverley Market in Edinburgh. Your responsibilities will be: Liaising closely with key retailers & clientele, along with external stakeholders, such as police, council, fire services. Managing the wider contracted team of service providers and the service charge budget. Working with a marketing agency to spread the word and let the general public know of what's going on at the centre. This role offers the opportunity to: Join an esteemed property management company, with potential to progress in the future. Oversee the potential upcoming development work, with a redevelopment of the roof due to be completed. Work with an established onsite team that knows the site well, while reporting directly to the Portfolio Manager. The right candidate will be: Able to demonstrate strong operational knowledge, a track record of managing a team successfully, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. A confident, self-assured, team player, with the ability to inspire others through tough periods. Able to ensure all Health & Safety regulations are complied with and perform risk assessments, IOSH preferred but not necessary.
