ServiceNow Business Analyst Needed Description: Customer is delivering change with the ServiceNow product through the Agile Methodology process and will be using ServiceNow Demand Management, Agile Development, Release / Change to manage the Change. Role Type: Perm Start Date: ASAP Salary: Day £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits Location: hybrid (60% remote) - offices in either London, Bristol, York or Norwich Tasks Description: Break requirements down submitted through the Demand / Ideation process into user stories suitable for iterative, incremental development. Create roadmaps based on approved demands and monitor progress against plans. Provide any key communications / reporting based on progress. Be an interface between the Development teams and wider business. Work with various boards eg Demand Board, Technical Governance Board to ensure the designs / stories chosen meet the necessary platform and governance. Our team is split between permanent members of staff and therefore involves good stakeholder management. Experience with different stakeholder groups would be expected. Essential Skills/Experience Description: A ServiceNow expert, with an understanding of the Now Platform capabilities. Good experience with the IT modules, Sourcing & Procurement Ops modules, Accounts Payable modules, HRSD module, Financial Service Operations (FSO) modules. Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or DevOps methodologies, with awareness of ITILv3 Framework. Experience working with third-party software partners.
