As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to be based at our Leicester office. You can expect to become involved in: A wide range of projects across sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, defence and infrastructure. Your core duties will include: Ensuring high quality technical delivery of projects Ensuring commercial success of projects within their control through effective discipline project control. Minimising Health and safety risks in all aspects of structural discipline and input to the wider project health and safety assessment. Ability to input and support bids where required Enhancing Pick Everard's profile within the construction industry. Supporting growth within the discipline. Working collaboratively within discipline, wider team and client base. Support Junior Engineers through mentorship. About You You will be committed to enhancing our positive working culture, by having a compassionate attitude and always treating others with respect. In order to be considered for this role, you must have: Excellent Structural Engineering knowledge. Broad experience of design software relevant to role. Broad understanding of the Eurocodes. Robust Health and Safety knowledge and awareness. Very good clarity and confidence in communication. Very good report writing skills.
