As a Senior Staff Nurse working on our Gastro, Hepatobiliary, Urology, Gynaecologyand Colorectal ward within our surgical unit you ll assess, plan, deliver and implement a high standard of nursing care, responding to individual needs.To provide management and leadership to all staff in the absence of the Sister, to act as a point of contact for patients following discharge.
