Reduced working hours in school holidays Champagne Fridays Company run functions that celebrate success Regular fundraising events for charity plus a charity day to volunteer at your chosen charity The chance to work in a supportive, friendly and fun environment focused on your success The role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant: Business development, contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies Attending client meetings/school visits Shortlisting CVs, screening applicants over the phone and interviewing/registering them Filling short term, long term and permanent vacancies within an agreed time scale Building a pipeline of candidates such as Teachers and Teaching Assistants to ensure you can react quickly to your client's needs Maintaining regular contact with your candidates and clients, building excellent relationships Keeping up-to-date with news and changes to legislation in the education industry Reviewing your performance to continually improve Support management with coaching, mentoring and developing the team Participate in regular Leadership Development Group meetings and trainings. The industry is exciting, fast-paced and requires somebody with a lot of resilience, enthusiasm and energy. Key skills required: You must have experience of working recruitment Previous sales experience or having worked in a target and KPI focused role Drive, determination and motivation Working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organisational and time management skills Confident, positive and resilient personality Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport Ability to build relationships Experience of working in recruitment is desired but not essential as full training is provided Working Hours (office based): Term time- 07:30am-4:30 - 5:30pm Reduced hours in school holidays approx. 8.30-4pm At TeacherActive we strive for excellence, ordinary isn t in our nature.
