Senior Quantity Surveyor Hybrid South West London Permanent Role 3 Days On-Site 2 Days from Home Competitive Salary & Package June Start We're supporting a leading developer in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a 500 unit new build, RC Frame scheme in South West London. This is a pivotal role offering the chance to lead from the front on a live scheme with delivery expected to complete in December 2026. You ll be joining a well-structured commercial team, working alongside a capable No.2 QS. The procurement is already complete, and your focus will be on leading the commercial delivery through the final stages. Key Responsibilities: Oversee package management and support the wider site and technical teams Prepare and present updated cost reports and monthly valuations to senior management and directors Manage payment cycles , task flows, and financial controls Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional development Work closely with the commercial lead and report directly into them, who is on-site 1 2 days a week What We re Looking For: Proven track record in a Senior QS role on similar projects Experience using COINS and ASite is highly desirable Confident in managing teams, reporting processes, and liaising with senior management and directors Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen This is a hybrid opportunity , offering the flexibility of 2 days working from home and 3 days on site each week.
