Senior Quality Engineer responsibilities include -
Support the Production team by providing technical expertise in quality engineering.
Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
Manage customer complaints and drive corrective actions using 8D methodology.
Develop and maintain quality management system documentation (APQP, PPAP)
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Analyse quality data from ERP systems and customer feedback to identify trends for improvement.Senior Quality Engineer desirable skills and experience -
Experience within a similar role, Quality Lead, Quality Manager etc.
Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
Knowledge of QMS, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
Able to use core tools such as 8D, PPAP, and Control Plans.
Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC) or relevant training.Senior Quality Engineer benefits include -
