Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Act as a customer-facing representative, addressing and resolving client issues. Identify and implement corrective actions to improve product quality. Utilise Faro Arm technology for precision measurements and quality checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of manufacturing excellence. Requirements: Proven experience in quality assurance within the heavy manufacturing sector is desirable. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally. Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Familiarity with Faro Arm technology is advantageous. Strong character with the ability to handle customer-facing roles confidently.
