Senior Product Designer B2B2C, Travel £60-65k Manchester (Hybrid) A talented Senior Product Designer / Senior UX/UI Designer is needed by a leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits! Our client needs a proactive and collaborative Senior Product Designer / Senior UX/UI Designer to help optimise a key enterprise account. Salary: £60-65k Location: Manchester, 2 days/week (Hybrid) This is a crucial role within the organisation, where you will be responsible for owning the design vision for one of the organisation s key accounts. This will include everything from research through design system implementation and creating best-in-class customer journey. Please note the client cannot sponsor at this time. The Senior Product Designer / Senior UX/UI Designer will: Lead and manage UX/UI design vision for a key account, from research to iterative implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams both internally and externally. Own and continually improve the design system. Lead user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, and implementation. Ensure continued, long-term partnership with key account through effective client management and shared design vision goals. The Senior Product Designer / Senior UX-UI Designer must have: Experience of working as a UX/UI Designer, either in-house on key accounts or within an agency, as translating client need into design vision is crucial. A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for high traffic mobile apps / websites. Strong internal and external communication and stakeholder management skills with the specific ability to bring people on the journey, provide evidence-based decision making, take on feedback and work collaboratively towards a shared goal.
