In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Point of Sale Consultant (Senior POS Consultant) to bring fresh insights and expertise to our technology department. This pivotal role will involve: Supporting the implementation and management of POS systems across various brands and companies. Providing go-live support, in person training (individual & group) and review support to ensure seamless transitions. Managing documentation and ensuring comprehensive records are maintained. Utilizing mobile ordering knowledge to enhance user experience (UX) and technical solutions, particularly in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. This role is positioned at CUK Level 08 within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home. Strong support management skills, with a focus on proactive and forward-thinking processes. Knowledge of mobile ordering systems and UX design principles.
