Position: Senior Marine Broker Location: London / Hybrid Salary: £60,000 - £80,000+ (doe) The client is looking for a skilled and driven Marine Broker to join their established team, with a focus on placing Marine Hull & War risks for a diverse, international client base. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-profile accounts and build on your existing experience within a supportive and highly regarded marine team. Key Responsibilities: Place and manage a wide range of marine insurance risks, with a focus on Hull & War. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and key market contacts. Handle international accounts across various jurisdictions, ensuring the delivery of bespoke risk solutions. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including claims and analytics teams. Advise clients on current market conditions, policy structures, and strategic placement options. Negotiate competitive terms and coverage in line with client needs. What s needed to be considered: Proven experience in marine insurance broking, ideally with a focus on Hull & War. Strong knowledge of the London Market and its practices. Established relationships with a range of marine insurers and underwriters. Confident, professional, and client-focused with strong communication and negotiation skills.
