We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Maintenance Officer to join our Repairs and Maintenance team. About the Role Want to feel good about the work you do? As Senior Maintenance Officer you will support the Repairs and Maintenance Manager in the management of complex repairs, voids and planned works undertaken by technical officers across Albyn s housing portfolio to ensure the Society s aims, objectives, performance standards and customer needs are met or exceeded in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and best practice guidance, and within available budget parameters. We re looking for someone with A minimum of level 2 Asset Management and Building Compliance qualification IOSH qualification Knowledge of repairs and maintenance requirements within large housing portfolio s Experience of delivering excellent customer service within a supervisory role. Experience working in and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft365 packages. Proven ability to lead a team to meet team targets. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload.
