Stay informed about the latest industry news and trends to ensure clients receive the best-in-class experiences. 2. Concierge Services: Provide high-quality personal customer service, exceeding client expectations. Manage ad hoc requests, from making dinner reservations to arranging flowers and personal shopping. Search and identify in-home personnel for clients, including housekeepers, nannies, entertainers, and personal chefs. 3.
