Job Title: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Oxford

Salary: £30k to £35k OTE

Are you a dynamic and experienced Lettings Negotiator looking for your next career move? Our client is seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their vibrant team in Oxford. If you have a fantastic, welcoming personality and a passion for real estate, please submit your CV!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the letting process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to prospective tenants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements
  • Handle enquiries and provide exceptional customer service

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a lettings negotiator role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A welcoming and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of the Oxford property market is a plus
