Whether you're already experienced in legal recruitment or come from a professional services 360 recruitment background with a strong billing record, this role offers an exciting opportunity to transition into legal recruitment with full support and cross-training. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across legal markets in the UK and internationally. Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates. Leverage your existing experience to identify and win new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with a dynamic internal team to exceed performance targets. Stay ahead of legal market trends and client needs to deliver top-tier service. Requirements: Experience in legal recruitment or within a 360 professional services recruitment role. A relationship-driven mindset with the ability to develop long-standing trust with clients and candidates. Proven billing success and confidence in winning new business.
