We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team and take on the role of Senior Leadership Development Consultant . In this role, you will design and facilitate meaningful and impactful interventions and experiences to support senior leadership teams to increase their performance, productivity, and shape culture. This role enables you to connect, develop, and dive deep into the clients businesses to facilitate team journeys that yield innovative and impactful solutions. The role also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching. Your contribution: Translate customer needs into holistic leadership interventions and programs. Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics. Deliver Leadership Development Programs. Leverage current building blocks to create new programs and organizational interventions. Establish productive, professional relationships with clients. Responsible for co creating game-changing team leadership development journeys. In-depth knowledge of organizational change management approaches and tools Qualifications: 10+ years of experience University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable. Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance Strong business acumen with experience working inside organizations with senior leaders in the development of effective cross-functional teams. Proficient skills in designing and facilitating effective team meeting cadence, content, and materials. Experience with leadership assessment tools and models. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an eagerness to engage on topics of strategic impact. A growth mindset with a willingness to build subject matter expertise in key focus areas.
