Senior Investment Analyst / Investment Analyst Company: OMNAM Location: London About the job Omnam Group is looking for an advanced modeller and senior investment analyst to join our growing investment management team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an established professional with an appetite for growth and increased responsibilities in the field of real estate development, investments and hospitality. You will report directly to the company s VPs and the Chief Investment Officer, and work closely with the C-Suite and greater management team on all active and prospective deals. Position Overview: As a senior investment analyst or investment analyst, you will get hands-on experience with all parts of the real estate / hotel development lifecycle including sourcing and analysing prospective opportunities, structuring and financing deals, collaborating with our development managers and asset managers on project timelines and deliverables, and supporting communication of the investment thesis to internal stakeholders and external investors. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed financial modelling and cash flow analysis on prospective investment opportunities (IRRs, promote structures, sensitivity tables, etc.) Maintain and update existing investment and financial models Prepare investment memos and business plans for the C-Suite and external investment partners Maintain a database of new investment opportunities Organise and analyse sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans Perform comprehensive and in-depth real estate and market analysis Assist presentation of results externally to investment partners Assist for all aspects of origination, due diligence, structuring, arranging external appointments, negotiation, and execution for real estate projects Contribute and influence decision-making for all aspects of the real estate lifecycle Essential Experience 1 to 3 years experience working in investment banking, real estate investment management, private equity, real estate transaction services advisory, hotel feasibility/development preferred Excellent numerical & modelling skills working with Excel meticulous approach required Proven success in a rigorous financial environment with exposure to high-value transactions Project management / transaction execution experience desirable Key Skills And Education BA or MA in finance, real estate, or hospitality management from a top university preferred Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Willingness to work in a highly focused, collaborative, and team environment Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic who is flexible, organized, conscientious, proactive, and detail-oriented. An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results. Interest in hospitality and the luxury sector highly valued Role Requirements Excellent business English another European language is a plus Ability to work in the UK (Omnam able to sponsor)
