Role Overview: KPMG UK seeks a Senior GenAI Engineer to develop and deploy generative AI models, support client projects, and collaborate on innovative AI solutions. You will design AI systems, lead teams, and ensure integration with client environments while maintaining strict data governance and security standards. Key Responsibilities: AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement generative AI models to solve client challenges. Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists. Create PoCs, MVPs, and full AI projects. Client Project Delivery & Team Management: Support project delivery, manage and mentor AI teams, and work with cross-functional teams to meet client needs. Coding & Implementation: Develop and optimize AI models using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Databricks, Snowflake. Ensure seamless deployment and version control. Data Management & Integration: Work with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with governance standards. Business Development & Practice Building: Identify AI opportunities, support proposals, and contribute to expanding KPMG s AI capabilities. Ethical and Secure AI Deployment: Ensure AI models comply with data privacy, security, and ethical standards, contributing to guidelines for secure data handling. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields preferred significant professional experience also considered. Certifications in AI/ML are a plus. Work Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML, experience with LLMs like GPT, BERT, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud platforms like Databricks, Snowflake. Skills: Proficiency in designing generative AI models, prompt engineering, model optimization, cloud deployment, version control, Docker, data engineering tools, and team leadership. Why KPMG?
