Our client is seeking a highly organised and communicative Events Coordinator & Channel Manager Support to join their dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on planning and executing successful events across EMEA, while also providing administrative support to the Channel Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and operational efficiency, with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. What you will do: Plan, coordinate, and execute company events such as conferences, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and internal meetings. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, travel arrangements, and accommodation. Manage invitation, attendee registrations, event follow up comms and post event deliverables. Develop event schedules, manage timelines, and ensure all event deliverables are met on time and to a high standard. Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and attendee communication for events. Oversee event - in person or virtually - ensuring smooth running of all aspects, and highly coordinated. Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align event goals with broader company objectives. Monitor event budgets and provide regular updates on expenditures. Assist the Channel Manager in daily administrative tasks Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and partner communications. What you will bring: Degree in Business Administration, Event Management or a related field. Proven experience in event planning/coordination (minimum 2 years). Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Marketo and event management platforms is a plus.
