You ll lead digital-first marketing campaigns , optimise paid media and SEO strategies, and collaborate with key stakeholders to elevate our brand presence. What You ll Be Doing Owning the planning, development, and execution of digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, and display Leading multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, digital, PR, partnerships, and events Analysing campaign performance and user behaviour to optimise strategy and maximise impact Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners Supporting the wider marketing team with content strategy and campaign execution What We re Looking For Strong experience in digital marketing execution including paid media, SEO, content, and performance tracking Ability to manage multiple projects , ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget A creative and data-driven mindset with experience in optimising campaign performance Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills Experience in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software What We Offer Hybrid working Full support to balance office and home working Competitive salary up to £34,000 Holidays 23 days plus bank holidays , rising to 28 days with service Pension 5% employee, 8% employer contribution Health & Wellbeing Simply Health cover + one paid wellbeing day per year Charity Day One paid day per year to support a cause of your choice Flexible working practices This is an incredible opportunity to develop your career within an innovative, forward-thinking financial services company.
