Role Responsibilities Managing a varied portfolio of SME clients, including year-end accounts, tax, and general business advisory Reviewing work prepared by the team and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Acting as the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and offering proactive advice Supporting and developing junior members of staff through coaching, feedback, and reviews Working closely with partners to identify new business opportunities and grow client relationships Playing a key role in improving internal systems, processes, and service delivery About the Firm This well-established and respected firm is part of a growing network across the UK.
