Chef de partie or Junior Sous Chef required for a Restaurant in Central London, Marble Arch is the closest underground station. This restaurant serves a great range of dishes including some amazing Fish. The Restaurant is looking for a good all rounder who can work in any of the sections, starting salary package from £40k a year. The role As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen,, you will ensure the section runs smoothly, you will prep your section for service and cook in service. This restaurant does have some amazing types of fish, so good fish skills will be important. In service you will cook at a rosette level and present amazing fine dining plates. This role includes all the standard chef de partie duties. The client would consider a junior sous chef instead, if your a senior chef de partie and ready for that step up.
