- Leeds\n\nAn award-winning and growing consultancy based in Leeds are now seeking a talented and motivated Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to work in a small, collaborative environment with a varied and interesting portfolio of projects. (Commercial, Heritage and Residential)\n\nResponsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor\n\nLeading a team on conducting detailed building surveys\nPreparing reports on building conditions\nAdvising clients on building regulations, compliance, and maintenance.\nManaging fit out & refurbishment projects from inception to completion.\nAssisting with dilapidations, party wall matters, and other property-related disputes.\nProviding expert advice on building pathology and defect analysis.What do you need?\n\nMRICS is preferred\nBSc/MSc in Building Surveying\nExposure to Residential, Commercial or Heritage sectors\nStrong communication skills and client-facing experience.\nAbility to manage your own workload and work independently.This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a supportive team, offering a competitive salary (£55K - £60K) and a clear path for professional development - (Associate Director within 18 months)\n\nIf you're ready to take the next step in your career and work in a close-knit, collaborative environment, please message me today.\n\nIf you are an Senior Building Surveyor looking for for your next role, please contact Luke Carroll on (phone number removed)
