Role Responsibilities Organising the allocation of staff to ensure the right people are working on the right jobs Supervising the audit team to ensure deadlines are met and jobs are completed efficiently Reviewing audit files and reporting to the Client Director Attending client meetings and advising on all aspects of their financial affairs Managing clients with turnovers ranging from £5m to £50m Preparing tender documents for new clients and overseeing special projects Ensuring the team receives the training and experience they need to develop professionally Taking responsibility for the quality and completeness of client files and advice About the Firm This modern and growing accountancy firm offers a dynamic and supportive environment for employees to thrive.
