Key Responsibilities: Lead complex design projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence. Help lead and inspire a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Develop long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Mentor junior engineers, supporting their development and career progression. Contribute to company-wide initiatives aimed at improving processes and technical capabilities. Ensure QA processes are followed and oversee the approval of key deliverables. What You Will Have: A STEM degree (or equivalent) and Chartered Engineer or IEng status. Extensive experience in engineering consulting within fire engineering. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, mentor teams, and drive technical excellence. A gregarious, outgoing personality with excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
