A well-established design and build firm is seeking a Senior Architect to join their dynamic Aberdeen office. As a Senior Architect in the Aberdeen office, you will play a key role in driving project success, ensuring high design quality, technical excellence, and seamless delivery. This role will see you engaging with clients, leading design teams, and working closely with contractors to bring innovative workplace solutions to life. You will lead the design and delivery of workplace and commercial projects from initial concept through to completion. Working closely with clients, you will translate their business needs into creative and functional design solutions while managing and mentoring junior architects and designers to foster professional development. Coordination with internal teams, including project managers, interior designers, and consultants, will be essential to ensure cohesive project execution. You will also oversee technical detailing and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building regulations and industry best practices. Engaging with contractors and suppliers, you will uphold high standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency. Keeping up to date with industry trends, sustainability initiatives, and emerging workplace design concepts will also be an important aspect of the role.
