Role Responsibilities Preparing statutory accounts and tax computations for a range of healthcare clients Completing VAT returns and monthly management accounts Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and offering constructive feedback Directly resolving more complex queries with clients and providing practical solutions Coaching and mentoring junior staff and supporting their development Managing deadlines and delivering assignments within budgeted timeframes About the Firm You ll be part of a well-established and growing accountancy and advisory firm known for its entrepreneurial mindset, strong client relationships, and culture of collaboration. The firm offers a wide range of services across the UK and internationally, with a special focus on helping owner-managed businesses thrive.
