Senior Account Handler £45,000 Rickmansworth Are you an experienced insurance professional who would relish the opportunity to join a well-respected independent broker? The Company A market leading, independent Insurance Broker are looking for a Senior Account Handler to join their team. They are well-respected broker within the insurance industry with over 50 years of experience working with an impressive client base. In this role you will be responsible for handing a book of business that includes premiums up to £150,000 across general commercial lines. You will benefit from working with a support and ambitious team who will help you take your career to the next level. The Role Handling own renewal book of business and managing the renewal process from start to finish and to look for new opportunities/ cross selling. Efficient and effective handling of commercial clients on a daily basis, on all aspects connected with servicing and developing and maintaining these relationships. Assisting Account Executives in administrative tasks for larger accounts, including the writing of client reports. Competent technical ability in all aspects of commercial insurance business, including commercial combined insurance, fleet, marine, professional indemnity and Directors & Officers. Good technical and administrative knowledge of dealing with claims. A high competence of regulatory compliance relating to the day-to-day handling of commercial business. Experience of Acturis system desired but not essential The Candidate: Minimum of 3 years comprehensive understanding of general commercial insurance within a commercial broking environment. You will have enthusiasm about working with our clients and delivering a great client experience. Motivation to deliver consistently and to high standards.
