Role summary We re looking to hire a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager who has a real passion for marketing. The role involves managing clients and projects end-to-end, developing strong client relationships, collaborating with internal and external creative teams. Key responsibilities Managing a portfolio of 4 to 5 accounts (clients) and being their main point of contact this involves regular meetings, briefing calls, sending action reports and building a strong rapport with your clients Developing a full understanding of your clients services to be able to add value to their marketing activity and grow their account Overseeing the execution of your projects and collaborating with internal and external creative teams to deliver projects within timeframes Monitoring campaign and project performance Keeping your line manager up to date with any relevant client developments and projects on a weekly basis Discussing growth and new business opportunities with senior management within the agency on a monthly basis Manage budgets from costing though to billing stage (with support and oversight from your Account Director) Ensure time sheets and project management system is up to date every week Requirements 1-2 years of experience working in a marketing agency or similar work environment Demonstrate experience in overseeing end-to-end campaigns or projects Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to juggle lots of moving parts Have clear communication skills, with strong copywriting skills as a bonus Demonstrate knowledge of marketing skills and trends either through a degree in the field, or through your experience Can easily get your head around complex products or do desk research as required be honest if you don t know everything, but it takes the initiative to become an expert in the things you re asked to manage Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment An eagerness and curiosity to learn and grow A bonus if you are interested in finance (and able to write about it) What we offer Flexible working with 2-3 days in our Waterloo office 20 days plus bank holidays holiday increases based on length of employment Performance bonuses, any time of the year Benenden Healthcare for Business for access to private healthcare services such as 24/7 GP, Mental Health helpline, physiotherapy, everyday rewards and discounts and more 1-1 financial coaching sessions with Octopus Money to support financial wellbeing Agency closes over the Christmas and New Year period Investment in training opportunities Access to WeWork s workshops and wellbeing sessions Proposed salary range between £28 to £35k, with regular reviews
