We re working with a highly respected insurance brokerage in Greater Manchester that s looking to appoint a driven and capable Senior Account Executive. This is a business-critical role, so you ll need to be confident in juggling multiple clients and the responsibilities that come with that. Just as importantly, you ll also be someone who takes great pride in delivering a high-quality, relationship-led service. You ll be working closely with the Managing Director who is well-regarded within the industry and trusted by a long-standing portfolio of clients, many of whom have worked with them for years. This is a great opportunity to step into a well-established setup where quality of service is imperative. The Senior Account Executive role: Managing a substantial and varied commercial book in partnership with the Managing Director. Handling renewals, client queries, and day-to-day servicing responsibilities at pace. Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a wide portfolio of clients. Delivering a consistently high standard of service across a high-volume workload. Liaising with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient outcomes. Playing an integral part in the ongoing retention and success of the book. The ideal Senior Account Executive: Solid experience in a Commercial Account Executive role within insurance. Comfortable working at volume without compromising on service quality. Excellent communication skills and a strong client-facing presence. Professional, reliable, and client-focused in everything you do. Well organised and proactive, with a calm and composed approach.
