Positions are available for one-to-one and small group support in SEN-focused and mainstream settings.________________________________________About the Role:As a dedicated SEN TA, you will play an essential role in fostering the emotional, physical, and academic development of students.Your responsibilities include:?? Providing one-to-one or group support for students with SEN.?? Assisting with personal care tasks such as toileting, feeding, and dressing, where required.?? Supporting the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).?? Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.?? Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and school staff to maximize student success.?? Monitoring, documenting, and sharing student progress with the team.________________________________________What We're Looking For:?? Experienced Professionals - Prior experience supporting children or young people with SEN is essential.?? Empathetic & Patient - Build strong, trusting relationships with students.??
