Teaching Assistant Daily Rate: £85 - £110 Location: Smallfield, Surrey Job Type: Temporary, Term Time Only Reed Education are seeking a talented Teaching Assistant, where you will have the opportunity to support and inspire students aged 7-11 who have difficulties with communication and social interaction, often associated with Autism. This temporary role is not just a job, but a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students during your time with us. Day-to-day of the role: Build warm, caring, and supportive relationships with pupils, helping them feel safe and valued, and enabling them to thrive in their learning environment. Encourage and foster pupils independence and personal development. Assist the Class Teacher with the daily activities and management of the class. Adapt to the dynamic needs of the school and take on various tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly. Participate in creating an engaging educational experience that promotes all aspects of pupils development. Required Skills & Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English qualification, minimum Grade 4 or equivalent. A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
