Role Responsibilities As a Semi Senior Accountant, you ll play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting services to a range of clients while supporting and mentoring junior team members. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing accounts for incorporated and unincorporated businesses Analysing figures to identify trends, variances, and potential issues Supporting the preparation of year-end accounts and tax compliance queries Preparing management accounts and processing VAT returns to a high standard Building and maintaining strong client relationships across various sectors Mentoring and supporting trainee and junior team members, fostering their professional growth About the Firm This Loughborough-based accountancy practice is celebrated for its innovative and client-focused approach.
