Focus on generating new business by targeting property owners and management companies with multiple sites. Utilise CRM-provided leads and actively seek out new leads through database searches and social media outreach. Engage in a full 360-degree sales process: identify leads, pitch services, create proposals, and close sales. Work initially from the office based in London (on Jubilee Line) , with flexibility to work from home a few days a week after the initial period. What Experience Do I Need The ideal Sales Representative will have: Previous sales experience, particularly in new business development. Strong skills in lead generation and social media outreach. Ability to work independently and hit sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive and driven attitude towards achieving business growth.
