Sales Progressor - Estate Agency Location: Leigh-on-Sea Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Salary: Circa £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) An award-winning estate agency based in Leigh-on-Sea is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join their successful and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded local agency known for its high standards and commitment to exceptional service. You ll play a vital role in ensuring property sales progress efficiently and smoothly from offer to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of agreed sales from offer stage through to exchange and completion Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, buyers, and sellers Provide regular updates and clear communication to all parties involved Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the sales process Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the transaction Deliver a high level of customer service at all times What We re Looking For Experience in estate agency or conveyancing is essential Strong knowledge of the sales process from offer to completion Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively A professional, friendly manner with a focus on client care A team player who can also work independently and manage their own workload The Package Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Based in Leigh-on-Sea Salary circa £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience Supportive team environment within a well-established, award-winning agency
