What You'll Be Doing Proposal & Statement of Work (SOW) Management Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and craft persuasive proposals and SOWs Draft and format sales documents in line with brand guidelines and company templates Create clear, concise meeting summaries and follow-ups after sales engagements Oversee the proposal/SOW review and approval cycle to ensure timely delivery Maintain a well-organised template and document library Track and update the sales team on proposal/SOW progress and status Sales Operations Support Own day-to-day sales operations, including CRM (Hubspot) management and pipeline tracking Generate and interpret sales reports to spot trends and identify improvement areas Ensure sales data integrity and maintain up-to-date process documentation Coordinate internal sales meetings and training initiatives Support order processing and accurate record-keeping across systems Assist in the rollout of new tools, processes, and systems to streamline workflows What They're Looking For Must-Haves Experience in sales operations, proposal management, or a similar support role Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or MEDDPICC CRM experience (ideally Hubspot) plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Excellent written communication and an eagle eye for detail Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit Nice-to-Haves Experience drafting proposals and SOWs in a B2B or services environment We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
