The perfect qualities we are looking for will include: excellent mentoring and management abilities, sensational instruction winning skills, superb knowledge of the sales process and a comprehensive knowledge of Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. The perfect candidate will have a proven record of success within residential estate agency at Manager / Lister level and will have experience of carrying out valuations and winning instructions although the company may consider a candidate who has significant experience and who feels ready to step up to a promotional challenge! You will also need to be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated, articulate and of course, utterly charming!
