The Role: As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in our London store, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and that the store operates smoothly. What You ll Be Doing: Greeting and assisting customers with style advice and product knowledge. Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment. Driving sales by engaging with customers and meeting sales targets. Managing stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is fully replenished. Supporting the team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. What We re Looking For: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, particularly in fashion or menswear, but not essential. A passion for style and fashion is a big plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and energetic store atmosphere. Ability to maintain store displays and ensure products are presented neatly and attractively, keeping up with visual merchandising standards. Passion for fashion and an eye for detail.
