Mtrec recruitment are proudly representing our specialist manufacturing client in their search for a talented and experienced sales and operations manager. The role will involve travelling to clients where necessary, providing estimates, costings, and tailored solutions to a wide variety of business. The Job you will do:
The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining and seeking new clients
Pricing / preparing jobs and submitting tenders and framework agreements.
You will travel to client sites and produce site surveys and presentations to win new business.
Submitting tenders and framework agreements
Maintaining and enforcing health and safety guidelines.
Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams
About you:
Previous experience in signage sales/management is essential
Flexibility for national travel is required
Previous experience in submitting tenders and framework agreements is required
Analytical skills and ability to make sound business decisions.
In-depth knowledge of operational deliverables and processes.
Good mechanical aptitude with strong IT and technical skills.
Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal teams implementing best practices throughout the business £40000/annum
