An exciting opportunity has arisen at Stoke City Football Club for a Hospitality and Events Sales Executive to join our team at the bet365 Stadium. The successful applicant will play a vital role in driving our Hospitality and Events business growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers and securing new business opportunities. In addition you will focus on the growth and development of relationships with an existing client base to ensure retention, upselling and maximisation of all opportunities through the club s commercial portfolio. Managing and growing relationships and maximising all sales opportunities, via a consultative approach to sales and account management. Negotiating terms of sales, agreements and closing sales with customers. Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by department manager. Converting enquiries into sales by gathering information, discussing packages, emailing quotes and follow up calls. Previous sales experience is desirable. The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings and weekends to cover match day fixtures and events as required. The position will be offered on a full-time basis. All relevant training will be provided.
