Role Overview:
As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your focus will be on selling a range of utility services, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and play a crucial role in the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to close sales deals.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Stay informed about the latest developments in the utilities sector and competitor offerings.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a telephone sales or telesales role.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers over the phone.
Target-driven and motivated by achieving sales goals.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships.
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection.
Ability to work well in a team and contribute to achieving collective goals.
