Job Title: RTA Litigation Claims Handler Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid Working) Salary Range: £28,000 to £32,000 + Benefits Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: Running a mixture of pre-litigated and litigated cases Overseeing a ranges of fast-track personal injury claims following claimants sustaining injuries as a result of road traffic accidents Managing claims, including OIC and MOJ cases Also overseeing non-portal cases as/when required Employee Benefits Package: Minimum 22 days holiday + BH Increasing holiday entitlement for continued years of service Holiday purchase/sale scheme - up to 5 days 9% employer contributed pension Private medical insurance Hybrid working model - maximum 2 days office presence, however can work from the office more if desired High-quality IT equipment provided Free holiday insurance Free roadside cover insurance 50% discount of insurance products Flexible dress code when in office Free car parking available upon advanced booking Application Criteria's: Previous experience handling personal injury claims is essential Working knowledge of the OIC and/or the MOJ Portals is required Experience handling litigated personal injury cases highly advantageous About the Organisation: Our client are a leading legal and insurance business.
