Role: Room Manager Salary: £30,514 - £33,280 Hours: 36 to 40 hours Area: Kingston Our client in currently seeking an experienced qualified and confident Room Leader to work at their Surrey nursery. Job Details: Supporting Staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are metObserving children and managing their learning and development recordsTo work with EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors Be a key person, complete observations and reports where required.To build positive relationships parents and Ofsted Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & SafetyAttending staff meetings and training as requiredTo maintain confidentiality Must be Level 3 qualified Must have a clean DBS which is either valid or on update service Must have 2 references Must be a strong team player and leader Benefits: This is a permanent role which we are keen to interview some fantastic candidates who are looking to progress their carer and join this lovely team.
